BASIC NEEDS CASE MANAGEMENT CHC collaborates with the Centre County Office of Adult Services to provide case management to clients who are struggling with financial issues, including rent, utility bills, and other financial basic needs, and who would benefit from budget counseling. Basic Needs Case Managers will provide you with short-term support geared toward improved life skills and financial management skills. They know the eligibility criteria for County agency programs, and are in many cases able to negotiate on your behalf for these services. The case managers will also help you implement a plan of action and will monitor your progress and your ongoing eligibility for services.
